Rat King Finally Stalks the Sewers in Deadlock

The votes are in! Deadlock just dropped its first brand-new hero from the recent City Never Sleeps Update, and it’s really no surprise who won. That’s right, it’s Rat King!

Rat King Joins Deadlock

It’s really no surprise that Rat King was the very first hero the community voted for. He’s easily one of the most standout heroes from the roster, but more importantly, he’s been a community prediction for a long, long time. So, it only makes sense that folks wanted him in the game first.

To top it all off, the brand-new map made his addition even more fitting. The underground tunnels are now much larger, with more characters roaming around besides Rem, and even Mo & Krill can fit inside. Jokes have been circulating throughout the community since day one of the patch about Rat King finally stalking Rem through the sewers.

Well, now that joke has officially become a reality.

As for the King’s kit, it is primarily a Gun hero, packing loads of rats and a lot of scrap. But like other rats, he seems built big enough to charge into the front lines; after all, he is the king of Long Island.
