Fall has officially arrived, and the folks over at Awaken Realms are celebrating with yet another free DLC for Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon. This time, it’s all about getting up close and personal with Fists of Fury.
The biggest addition in this DLC is a playstyle that players have been asking for for quite some time: unarmed combat. That’s right, you can finally throw away the sword, axe, or whatever other weapon you’re carrying and just start throwing hands. More importantly, unarmed combat isn’t just a fun gimmick. It’s now a fully supported build that you can actually build around.
To make that possible, Fists of Fury adds a brand-new skill tree dedicated to fighting with your fists, along with new items designed to enhance unarmed combat. There’s even a brand-new weapon category with seven fist weapons to help make your journey across Avalon a little more punchy.
Without giving too many spoilers away, here’s what you can expect from the DLC:
- A new questline involving a mysterious traveler in the Horns of the South
- A brand-new weapon category with seven fist weapons
- New armor and items, including three new amulets and rings
- A brand-new skill tree under Strength focused on unarmed combat
