Overwatch’s Solo Leveling Collab Is Here
With the launch of Overwatch Season 5, Blizzard had one more surprise waiting for players. Completely out of nowhere, the team revealed that a brand-new collaboration is dropping today, bringing the popular anime Solo Leveling into the world of Overwatch.

You read that correctly. Blizzard just dropped a Solo Leveling crossover with five brand-new skins, and there was practically no buildup or warning leading up to the reveal. If you’re a fan of the anime, you can expect to see the following heroes take on some familiar faces:
- Genji – Sung Jinwoo
- Anran – Cha Hae-In
- Lifeweaver – Choi Jong-In
- Reaper – Igris
- Reinhardt – Iron
The sudden reveal is definitely a bit surprising, especially since Blizzard gave players basically no time to prepare for it. Still, Overwatch isn’t exactly a stranger when it comes to anime and pop-culture collaborations.
Over the years, we’ve seen the game team up with everything from One Punch Man and Avatar to Persona 5, YOASOBI, G.I. Joe, and even NERF. And that’s not even counting the upcoming Cyberpunk collaboration.
Now, the big question is how much these Solo Leveling skins are going to cost. Hopefully, Blizzard doesn’t make us sell a kidney for them like it did with the third wave of LE SSERAFIM skins.
