Deadlock Just Broke Its All-Time Player Count Record

It’s only been a few hours since the brand-new City Never Sleeps Update for Deadlock dropped, and it’s already proving to be a smash hit with the fanbase. Everyone from all around the globe seems to be rejoicing because this patch has already broken the all-time peak player count. Deadlock has never been this popular.

The City Never Sleeps

Just within the first few hours of the City Never Sleeps update, Deadlock is already seeing a record-breaking number of players flooding into the server. This is also in mind that only the brand-new map, shop, and additional quality-of-life updates are live; the new heroes have yet to hit the streets.

Still, thousands of players are rushing to the Cursed Apple to win matches so they can vote for their favorite hero. Speaking of which, the first hero releases on October 2nd and on Tuesdays and Fridays at 2:00 PM PT onward.

In short, it’s never been a better time to play Deadlock. Whether it’s your first time or your 1000th.
