Dead by Daylight’s Diablo Crossover Brings Lilith, Mephisto, and Belial

The Diablo crossover for Dead by Daylight has finally arrived, bringing three new Killer skins and three Survivor outfits inspired by some of the most iconic classes and infamous characters from the Diablo series.
Burning Hells Enter the Fog

The Diablo collection brings some of Sanctuary’s most notorious evils into the Entity’s realm, unleashing Lilith, Mephisto, and Belial alongside three iconic classes with the Necromancer’s Duty, the Sorcerer’s Perspective, and the Barbarian’s Plight.
First, let’s start with the big hitters. We’re getting three beautiful Killer skins for:
- The Artist: Lilith (Daughter of Hatred)
- The Nurse: Mephisto (Lord of Hatred)
- The Dredge: Belial (Lord of Lies)
Of the three, only The Artist’s Lilith skin is Legendary, featuring a unique Mori and custom menu animations. However, all three skins are absolutely phenomenal, with the developers bringing back Caroline Faber, Steve Blum, and Ray Porter to voice Lilith, Mephisto, and Belial in Dead by Daylight.
Personally, the voice acting alone takes these skins to another level, especially alongside how faithfully the characters have been recreated for DBD. While Lilith’s Mori is a little disappointing, all three skins are fantastic additions, if only for the incredible voice work.
The sweetest words pave the path to your destruction.

On the Survivor side, we’re also getting three outfits inspired by some of Diablo’s most iconic classes:
- David King: Barbarian’s Plight
- Zarina Kassir: Sorcerer’s Perspective
- Taurie Cain: Necromancer’s Duty
These outfits bring three classic Diablo classes into the Fog, and honestly, it’s not too surprising that the developers went with this trio. They’re arguably some of the most recognizable classes in the entire series.
Still, this crossover leaves plenty of room for future possibilities. Could we see even more Diablo classes make their way into Dead by Daylight, or perhaps the rest of the Prime Evils joining the Fog?
