Rockstar Drops New GTA 6 Trailer With Brand-New Song

Rockstar just dropped a brand-new GTA 6 launch trailer, giving us another look into the chaotic and unpredictable lives of Jason and Lucia. The new trailer offers a few more hints about the duo’s past while raising even more questions about how they got caught up in Vice City’s criminal underworld. It also features the debut of “Flower in a Hurricane,” a track from the game’s original score composers Justice, alongside music from Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.

Grand Theft Auto VI Launch Trailer

The new GTA 6 launch trailer gives us a fresh look at the backgrounds of the game’s two protagonists, Jason and Lucia. We learn a little more about Jason’s life as an army veteran before he seemingly receives an unexpected call from Lucia. It’s a brief moment, but it hints at a shared history between the two that we still know very little about.

So, what’s their connection? Could it have something to do with Jason’s time in the army, or is there a darker chapter in their past that we haven’t seen yet? Whatever the case, the trailer raises some interesting questions about their relationship and how they ended up on this path.

More importantly, it leaves us wondering who pulls whom into Vice City’s criminal underworld. Is Lucia the one who drags Jason into a dangerous conspiracy, or is Jason hiding a darker side of his own? With Rockstar keeping the details close to its chest, we’ll have to wait and see how their story unfolds.

Either way, one additional highlight we also got from this trailer is the brand new “Flower in a Hurricane” song. It’s also on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, the official soundtrack, which you can pre-save on all major music streaming services and pre-order on vinyl or CD.
