Dandelion Void’s New Demo Is a Horrifying Survival Experience

Dandelion Void is back with one of its biggest updates yet! After first revealing the game a few months ago, the devs are back with a brand-new launch trailer and, best of all, a playable demo for everyone to try.

In case you haven’t heard of Dandelion Void, this upcoming survival crafting horror game comes from the developers behind Save Our Station, a popular Project Zomboid mod. What started as a mod is now growing into a standalone game, carrying over plenty of that familiar Zomboid DNA while introducing a whole new setting filled with horrifying threats.

Much like Project Zomboid, survival means scavenging whatever you can find and making the most of it. You’ll need to sift through the debris of the derelict Starship Pergola, collecting food, weapons, books, and other useful supplies to improve your chances of survival. Unfortunately, you’re not alone aboard this abandoned space station, and the hostile plant life that’s taken over won’t exactly welcome you with open arms.

Crafting is at the heart of the experience, giving you the tools to fight back against the horrors lurking throughout the Pergola. You’ll need to make every resource count, prepare for the dangers ahead, and figure out how to survive in a place where even the environment wants you dead.

The newly released demo offers a small taste of what’s to come, and even with some content still unavailable, Dandelion Void already delivers a pretty horrifying experience.
