GTA VI Worldwide Release Times

In a few weeks players will be exploring the Goodtime State of Leonida as Jason and Lucia, in what is shaping up to being one of the most highly anticipated releases of the decade.
GTA VI Launch Times
With the launch of GTA VI getting closer it’s vital that players note when the game goes live around the world. Either for avoiding spoilers, or for starting your game the moment you can. Its important to remember that this information does not come directly from Rockstar, but instead from listings on the Playstation 5 store:
| Region/Time Zone | Release Date & Time (UTC) |
|---|---|
| New Zealand (NZDT) | November 18, 11 AM |
| Australia (AEDT) | November 18, 1 PM |
| Japan (JST) | November 18, 3 PM |
| Central Europe (CET) | November 18, 11 PM |
| United Kingdom (GMT) | November 19, 12 AM |
| New York (EST) | November 19, 5 AM |
| Chicago (CST) | November 19, 5 AM |
| Los Angeles (PST) | November 19, 5 AM |
GTA VI is launching on both the Xbox Series X and S, as well as the Playstation 5. Whilst a PC release has not been officially announced yet, there are rumors that it could be coming early next year.
GTA VI is coming with a rolling release. Meaning that the game will unlock at midnight local time on November 19 in your time zone. However, for larger regions (such as the USA or Australia) there is only one release time. As such players who are in different time zones can access the game earlier. The 12 AM launch in eastern standard time results in a 9 PM launch in pacific standard time, for example.
There’s still plenty of time to preorder GTA VI before its release on November 19.
