The Hollowing Is a Creepy New Horror Flight Sim

Sometimes the best horror experiences are the ones that leave plenty of room for your imagination to run wild. Solo developer Rubeki, the mind behind the cult indie hit Lorn’s Lure, is teaming up with publisher Future Friends Games to bring players a brand-new atmospheric first-person horror sim, The Hollowing.
Welcome to The Hollowing

The Hollowing is an atmospheric first-person horror flight sim set in the same universe as Lorn’s Lure. You play as a maintenance engineer sent to investigate a radio tower hidden beneath a layer of sickly fog. You’re completely alone, with little to guide you beyond the bright red lights cutting through the haze and a seemingly friendly voice coming through your radio.
But how long can you rely on those small comforts?
Rumors tell of a previous engineer who went mad after hearing strange voices over their radio while performing maintenance inside a vast, seemingly endless Megastructure. Now, you’ll have to venture into the same isolated world and uncover what happened while trying to keep your own sanity intact.
You’ll fly between distant job sites and isolated outposts, repairing intersettlement communication towers along the way. As you explore this dystopian world, you’ll slowly discover its mysteries while navigating a hostile environment.
If you’re looking for a creepy and deeply isolated experience, you can already get a taste of The Hollowing. The game’s demo just dropped on Steam today, giving players a chance to experience its unsettling world for themselves.
