Build a Flying Fortress in Everwind
As the Steam Survival Crafting Fest winds down in just a few days, we wanted to highlight another multiplayer survival crafting title you might want to check out. Everwind is an open-world multiplayer survival crafting game where you and your friends set off on an adventure aboard a flying ship that you call home.
What is Everwind?
One of the biggest things that sets Everwind apart from other survival crafting games, aside from its distinct yet familiar art style, is its unique main gimmick. You can construct a flying house, fortress, or even a small island and take your home with you as you explore its open-world sandbox.
Afraid of getting lost and forgetting where you built your base? Or maybe you’ve run into a new and exciting location, only to wish you could move your entire base there. That problem doesn’t exist in Everwind. Your home is always with you, and you can fortify, expand, and rebuild it whenever you want. Build walls, workstations, gardens, or even massive towers; the only real limit is your imagination.
You can play solo or team up with up to four friends, with everyone sharing one massive floating fortress. The world is an infinite, procedurally generated sandbox featuring multiple unique biomes, each with its own landscapes, enemies, and environments.
But that’s not all. Everwind also features over 1,000 handcrafted points of interest, along with procedurally generated dungeons that can offer a different experience every time you explore them. The world is also fully destructible, allowing you to shape, mold, or tear apart your surroundings as you see fit.
When it comes to combat, there are plenty of different playstyles and weapons to choose from. You can fight with swords and bows, wield magic and enchanted books, or even experiment with alchemy to take down your enemies.
