GTA Online Halloween Finale: How to Survive 10 Waves Without Dying and Get the GTA$2M Bonus
Today marks the final week of the GTA Online Halloween event! This week’s challenge tasks players with completing 10 waves of Survival without dying to earn the Slasher Clown Outfit and GTA$250,000. You have until November 4 to complete the challenge and claim your rewards.
Week 5 Halloween Challenge
For the final week of the GTA Online Halloween event, you’ll return to the Survival game mode, just like last week. Thankfully, you have several options to choose from, as Ludendorff Cemetery, Cayo Perico Survival, and the Alien Survivals all count toward this week’s challenge.
Survival supports 1 to 4 players, so you can tackle the challenge solo or bring some friends along. However, there’s one major catch: you must complete all 10 waves without dying. While dying previously meant sitting out until the next wave, this week’s challenge requires you to survive the entire match without getting taken out.
One of the best strategies is to equip a Full Super Heavy Armor loadout and bring a machine gun with a large ammo capacity. You should also stock up on explosives to deal with the tougher enemies in later waves. With only one life to work with, you’ll want to play it safe and keep an eye on your surroundings.
Securing the GTA$2M Bonus
The biggest reward for participating in the entire GTA Online Halloween event is the GTA$2 million bonus. This payout is separate from the cash rewards you’ve earned by completing each week’s main challenge.
Once you complete this week’s challenge, Rockstar will deliver your GTA$250,000 reward within 72 hours. However, if you missed even one of the previous weekly challenges, you’ll be ineligible for the GTA$2 million bonus.
Unfortunately, you can’t go back and complete previous weeks’ challenges, so there’s no way to make up for any missed rewards. If you’ve been keeping up with the event and completing every challenge, you’re all set to claim that massive cash bonus!
