GTA 6 Could Launch on PC in Just 6 to 7 Months

Fans might finally know when GTA 6 is coming to PC. After several months of back-and-forth, rumors, and small leaks or guesses from big officials, we now have yet another one to go off on. This time, according to industry analyst Michael Pachter, GTA 6 will arrive “in about 6 to 7 months.”
6 Months…

In the past, we had several working guesses about when, or how long, it would take Rockstar to properly push GTA 6 to PC. At first, our guesses were based on comments from Twitch CEO Dan Clancy at the Tokyo Game Show, where he reportedly said GTA VI Online would launch “next year.”
And of course we would get GTA 6 on PC eventually; after all, Take-Two said that they want to cater to their core audience first, which is console, before looking for other platforms. This makes logical sense, because most people who play GTA are on console.
Despite this, we now have some new information. Michael Pachter, an industry analyst at Wedbush Securities, recently told BBC News that GTA 6 will come to PC in about 6 or 7 months. That certainly narrows down the window a little bit.

However, the question remains whether impatient fans will try to make unofficial PC ports via AI or vibecoding before Rockstar officially brings it over. It could cause trouble one way or another, but it’s purely speculation given the industry’s recent state. But who knows what the future holds.
