WARDOGS Launch Trailer Channels Halo 3

The big day is finally here. After 4+ years of development and several very successful betas, WARDOGS has now officially launched into early access. Within a few hours of launch, players have already begun flooding the servers and breaking WARDOGS’ previous beta peak player count.

Play Like You Used To

WARDOGS is now officially entering early access, and thousands of players are already rushing onto the battlefield. At the time of writing, the brand-new peak player count is 337,157, just from the opening hours. This smashes the previous 245,118 Open Beta player count right out of the park.

However, lots of players are reporting server issues and trouble logging in, which is currently causing the official Steam Review score to plummet to Mixed as well. Once these issues are fixed, we are very likely to see another massive player spike; in the end, the developers got what they asked for: player-breaking server numbers.

Along with WARDOGS going into early access, the developers also pushed out a very special trailer. The brand new Launch Trailer is a clear homage to the iconic Halo 3 Believe trailer, featuring the same backing track, pacing, camera shots, and more.

This trailer also surprisingly announces that WARDOGS will come to consoles in 2028 as well.
