Meccha Chameleon Emote Contest Is Now Live
By EncampedWeevil | Aug 6, 2026The developers behind the breakout indie co-op hit Meccha Chameleon have kicked off a brand-new Emote Contest, inviting players to create custom poses for a chance to see them become permanent in-game emotes.
Meccha Chameleon Emote Contest
Starting today, you and your friends can submit your own pose photos using the #mecchaemote hashtag. The developers will accept live-action photos, illustrations, CG renders, and just about any other format. Better yet, your submission doesn’t even have to feature a character from Meccha Chameleon
The team plans to add five winning entries to the game, so you’ll want to start posing sooner rather than later. Submit your entry before 8/8 at 24:00 JST, and the developers will reveal the winners and add the winning emotes to the game on 8/9.
The developers also confirmed that they plan for this to become Meccha Chameleon’s first annual Emote Contest. If this year’s event goes well, players can look forward to even more community-created emotes and future contests.
