What are Scary games?
Scary games are for our horror-loving players. There's haunted houses and abandoned buildings with monsters like zombies, serial killers, and ghosts. If you're brave enough, check out our selection of scary games here on AddictingGames.
If you're a fan of things that go bump in the night, excessive amounts of gore, and creepy orchestral soundtracks. Then you need to check out some scary games. They come in many flavours, with some focusing on a more psychological form of horror while others scream directly in your face, leading to one or two spilled drinks. Some aren't too scary at all, relying more on the genre's aesthetic than anything else. The Last Stand 2 is a tower defense where you've established a base that you must now protect at all costs if you want to survive. When the sun goes down, the zombie hordes will descend upon your makeshift home, trying to bash down your barricades so they can chow down on your brain. Using your arsenal of weapons, you need to repel them until daylight. Then, you'll have to venture out and search for supplies. There's no time to sleep in the apocalypse. If you enjoy scary movies alongside games, then you'll want to try Halloween Horror Massacre. It's a simple clicker where your aim is simply to cut down a tree while avoiding any branches. And where does the horror come in? Well, your lumberjacks are none other than the likes of Freddy Kreuger, Jason Vorhees, and Ghostface, all presented in crunchy pixel art. I'm not going to lie, Ghostface looks kind of cute. Elsewhere on Addicting Games, we've got Zombie Invasion. That's right, those pesky undead are looking to munch on our heads again. Do they have nothing better to do with their time? This time around, your job is to stop them from crossing a bridge by gunning them down. Just be careful of the survivors who are also trying to flee. They prefer to eat regular food, so we want them to live.
