What are Idle games?
Idle games for idle hands.
As you get older, you tend to find you don't have as much spare time anymore. An unfortunate truth of that means less time playing games. This hampers progress, leaving you stuck in the same place for ages. In a massive RPG, that could mean you spend months in the same area. But there's a solution: Idle Games. These do a lot of the work for you, allowing you to enjoy that sense of progression without investing hours upon hours. You can be as involved as you like. Wind And Solar is one example, focusing on an important part of the world: Energy. The survival and sustainability of life on Earth entirely depend on it. We can't rely on fossil fuels forever, so it's crucial we find an alternative or two. What are those two options? Well, it's all in the name, really. And it's up to you to configure your wind turbine and solar panel to most efficiently catch the wind and sun's rays, respectively. And while it makes us feel good to virtually do our bit for sustainability, we can't help but indulge in a spot of wanton destruction as well. That's where Idle Tank comes in. You are tasked with blowing up a series of barriers that stand between you and... something or other. Look, it's not important. It's the pure thrill of firing shells that matters. Anyway, each barrier must be shot a certain number of times before it falls. The good thing is, each successful hit earns you cash to spend on upgrades. Of course, it's an Idle Game, so you don't have to sit around clicking all day if you don't want to. Of course, here at Addicting Games, we appreciate that idle has different definitions. Sometimes it can simply mean a casual experience that doesn't require much brain power to enjoy. Take Candy Connect 2 -- It's a straightforward matching puzzler that's just incredibly relaxing.
