To get to the door on the red platform to the right of the yellow tower, go all the way to the uppermost red platform at the end of the level, then drop, run down the steep red incline, continue running through the green valley, and your speed will propel you high on the yellow tower wall. Press "up" as you hit the wall to climb a little higher still. Then jump and you should land right next to the door. When you find out where it leads, you won't be able to help but smile.
