too hard you cant sell it without buying every thing for it like pool and hardwood floor and when you sell it you loose money

There are a couple of bugs: 1) cannot reduce debt to zero; it stays at 450k 2) the networth only takes into account property bought with financing If the above is corrected and the option to continue the game after the 4 years (if debt has been reduced to say 300k or below) is introduced, this game can be a great education tool.

i have no idea why it would possibly say i won even though i clearly failed..
